Overview
An established Australian telecommunications infrastructure organisation needed to monitor and manage field equipment across distributed locations without frequent site visits. VitalFew built a secure health monitoring platform for large-scale telecom operations, enabling one-click software deployment, reusable templates, and consistent configuration across multiple sites. Challenges
The organisation faced costly travel, limited field visibility, inconsistent rollout control, and delayed fault detection across its telecommunications infrastructure.
